“Go Quietly” is a scrappy, autobiographical documentary shot in real time to describe the blatant presence of institutionalized racism and white-collar criminality within a dubious framework designed by the commercial banking industry.
Synopsis:
An American homeowner describes the wrath of her mortgage lender, the ominous Wells Fargo "Playbook," ambiguous Dodd Frank Act and a polarized commercial banking system during the Great Recession of 2008. While homeowners around the world commit "foreclosure suicides," analysts fear that taxpayer bailouts for the world's largest banks could be the new norm in the United States.
